The foundry covers an area of over 25,000 square meters with a workforce of more than 200 employees, including 20 senior engineers specializing in new product development and quality engineering. The company employs advanced technologies such as silica sol precision casting, precision machining, and surface treatment.
The produced items exhibit a wide range of single weights and dimensions (single weight from 0.001 to 260 kg, maximum dimensions Ø710 mm x 300 mm, maximum single-direction dimensions 1200 mm). The surface quality is high (≤Ra6.3, after special processing ≤Ra3.2), and the facility is equipped with a vacuum melting furnace capable of producing nickel-based and cobalt-based alloys (product single weight range: 0.001-25 kg).
